This was the first solo wedding I’ve ever shot in downtown Portland!

If you know anything about me, I am not much of a city person, so this was a fun challenge. ⁠ I learned to be okay with having people all around me and in my shots. People watching us. Cars in the background. Being quick on my feet because other Portland wedding photographers stole the spot I had pre-planned for photos.⁠.. But, everything went great! The weather & lighting was incredible. The scenery and backdrops were perfect. And now I feel like a true Portland Wedding Photographer! ⁠

This wedding was extra special for me. I have known Dom & Sierra for about a year now. I got to photograph their engagement pictures. Watch them plan their wedding, and finally photograph their big day. It was truly so great! Filled with laughter, and pretty much a constant tear jerker. In any moment of the day, surrounded by incredible friends and family, you knew these two have impacted lives. They have some of the biggest, kindest, most grateful hearts I know.

Dom & Sierra, literally thank you SO much for having me be your wedding photographer! Thank you for allowing me to serve you and bless you with the gift God has given me. You two are so incredibly precious. Your wedding was absolutely amazing. The love the two of you have… we could all see it and feel it all day long. Many blessings on all the adventures to come!
