This was such a sweet Valentine’s Day elopement in downtown Hillsboro, Oregon. Each guest was hand-picked by the bride and groom to join them in the celebration of the next chapter in their lives. Despite the rain, we were able to find some really beautiful locations right across the street from the courthouse.
