Fall Mini Sessions | 2018

As we get closer to my fall mini sessions date, I figured I would share some of my favorites from my 2018 sessions!

The two locations I shot at were Lee Farms in Tualatin, OR, and the Vancouver Pumpkin Patch in Vancouver, WA.

It is so crazy how you can be in one location all day long and observe how much changes. Whether it is the people coming and going from the farm, the unpredictable Oregon fall weather that keeps you on your toes, or the people I am photographing. The day is fast paced, but somehow, some way I am still able to get those individual moments that are special to each family.

On the note of weather, last year it did rain for part of the shoot. But, that is okay because the number one rule of thumb when shooting in Oregon is to always be prepared. I also do my best to prep my families ahead of time with how to come the most prepared.

Some of the best tips I have is making sure you are wearing proper shoes! Like, rubber boots! Pumpkin patches get muddy. Also remembering to dress warm enough. There are so many ways to look cute and also stay warm. Thirdly, I always have a pair of clear bubble umbrellas in my car in case we need them.

2019 fall mini session spots are going quick!! But I do still have a few more available. Click here to view open times & reserve your spot.
